Mental Capacity Act Assessments
Structured MCA assessment recording linked to individual residents. Documenting capacity decisions, best interest assessments, and the rationale behind each decision.
DoLS / LPS Tracking
Manage Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards applications, authorisations, and renewals. Track status, expiry dates, and conditions with automated alerts when action is required.
Staff Training Records
Record and track safeguarding training for all staff. Monitor certification expiry, flag overdue training, and demonstrate compliance to CQC with exportable training matrices.
